Rental Services

All rental includes the following services

  • Consultation and Planning*
  • Clean hall, use of restrooms and lobby areas, trash removal and cleaning
  • Linens of your choice of available colors
  • Plates, silverware, glassware, salt and pepper
  • Basic beverage service
  • Cake cutting and packaging
  • Fire in fire place and heat by propane
  • Basic set up

Hall rental fees start when the wedding starts within a 1 - mile radius of the resort. If the wedding is held 1 mile or more from the resort, the hall rental fees start when the reception starts. Wedding site set up is an additional 100.00 per hour
